Hello please help me I can't play my Candy Crush Saga right now it say to update it but it's not giving me any links any help would be greatly appreciated thanks again

Thanks for your patience, and also for sharing your device details and screenshots.
From what we’ve seen so far, it looks like some older Kindle / Amazon Fire devices may no longer be able to support the latest version of Candy Crush Saga. We’ve reported this to the developers and the team is looking into it, but for now it does not look like there is a quick fix we can offer from the Community side.
If you’re unable to update the game on your current device, you may need to continue on a newer supported device instead.
As a reminder, if your game is connected to a King account or Facebook account, your game progress and Gold Bars should sync when you login on another device. Boosters and win streaks do not transfer between devices, so those may unfortunately be lost.
If you change device and have any trouble getting your progress back, please contact Player Support through the game:Settings > Account & Help > Help Center > select a topic > scroll down > Contact Us
We know this is frustrating, especially when it happens suddenly, and we really appreciate you taking the time to report it.

@olaleyetemidayo You will lose your lives and boosters. I wouldn’t do it. Try offloading the app and clearing cache first. Then turn off your device for at least 10 seconds.

If I understand correctly, the game is asking you to update, even after you installed the update? I think I saw couple more complaints today about this issue🤔
Which device you are using to play the game? Also, can you share a screenshot of that update pop-up?

How am I going to update my game coz the thing is telling to update it and I have been doing that but I can get it
This is what I see and there is no exit to get off it and continue play
Don't do that except as a last resort…. if you have boosters stockpiled, you will lose them
I had been playing on an Amazon Fire 7 tablet…. the Amazon App store doesn't show the App any longer and it was last updated 09/18/24… I could still play with the old App version…. but as of yesterday, it is forcing me to Update, as is yours…. so, time to start on a newer device… as stated above by Alienscar, apparently the OS on the tablet is no longer compatible with the game. Would have been nice if King gave us a heads up with time to use up boosters rather than just lose them.

Sometimes the update warning is related to the operating system of your device. That is, if you play on an Android device and it's operating system is Android 5 or lower then you won't be able to update your game. The same applies if you play on an iOS device that has an operating system of iOS 15 or less

If you can’t play and the game keeps saying update, you may be:
If if happens, you must update the device and the game for the best experience; or purchase new. This is the solution for you.

Are you playing the game on a mobile device? Did you save the game either with Facebook or a King account before updating? Sometimes, the update cause us to logout of the game! So, all you need to do is log back into the game and play a level! After winning the level, go back to the map screen and see if your progress has returned!
If nothing worked, then, you will have to contact King Player Support team!
