Double color bombs - didn’t lose

I left the app in the middle of a game (hadn’t lost yet) and when I went backed it restarted to the same level, but I didn’t have double color bomb anymore and said I lost my streak. Very frustrating because I paid for extras moves to pass a few levels because I didn’t want to lose the double color bomb.

One time only I've seen an image where support restored the Super Color Bomb.

I just wrote to support for the very same reason. It’s about the 4th time in the last few months that it has happened to me. And like yourself I had spent money in order to not lose the super color bombs. Had about 14 hours still on them. Sometimes I think it’s better not to have them bc I spend money in order to not lose them 🙄. They gave me 59 gold bars and 6 hrs of regular color bombs bc they can’t restore the super ones. 🫤
