I got charged for items not received

I bought the 19.99 special and gave me message would receive items once available then popped up that no money was taken out but 21.04 was charged.

    It is a long Holiday being Easter Weekend..

    Did you just do the purchase today? The fastest way of finding out is by contacting your Credit Card Issuer. They are open 24/7. They can check this out for you. Make sure you keep your records of the purchase and what you got or didn't get so if you need to dispute this charge, you have this on hand.
