Hi @BlossomJuds Welcome to the Community 🤗 as kiara_wael put your boosters are only stored on the device and not on you actual game account. So whenever we change devices they are not transferred over.
If you paid real money to buy them, it's worth contacting Player Support as kiara said. But if you got them free, from Sweet Cinema, Booster Wheel, Chocolate Box etc is highly unlikely you will get any back.
If you still have your old phone, you can still play levels on that to use the boosters that should still be there. And use your new phone to collect and store more boosters.

Unfortunately if Uninstalling or changed phone in Candy Crush removes your booster inventory because, unlike levels and gold bars, boosters are stored locally on your device. While you can recover your progress and gold by signing back in, boosters are generally lost forever.
