Anyone has chocolate box problems? I can’t advance/collect gold bars even after using the 3 UFOs as required. Also when open app it goes straight to play mode and can’t login or out

How I managed to resolve it:
Phone device is Android 13 wirh 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM and good connection. Game version is 1.326.0

Encountered another glitch. I finished a box with 3 UFO on Windows. Then after opening on Android and after getting the Weekly Contest rewards, the box screen summary popped up without option to continue. After closing and reopening the app, if I open the chocolate box screen, it goes to the situation seen in the above image. Can something be done. I've tried replaying an old level but no luck. First time to encounter this.

To answer your question - anyone has this problem? It does occur in some players' games! But, it is not a consistent glitch and it just comes & goes!
Since it has been affecting your game, I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team directly from your game App (by going to Help Center)! If you need step by step help, please let me know!
About App going straightly to play mode, I think you are saying that you do not see the "Home" screen anymore, but you find yourself on the game map, right? If so, that is a change some of the players are finding after recent update of the App!! I have not seen any complaints last week though!! Let me ask our Game Experts and see if they have any information on this!
