Il gioco riparte

Question

È più di una settimana che ogni tanto il gioco riparte dal primo livello facendomi perdere le volte che ricomincio!!! Mi sistemate il problema???

Non posso saltare il livello 1, parte direttamente come se fossi un nuovo giocatore. Mi riporta al mio livello dopo aver giocato. E si verifica spesso. Di solito al mattino presto. Ho paura di scollegarmi dal mio account e successivamente perdere il livello raggiunto. L'aggiornamento lo fa automaticamente, credo sia un altro problema

I'm glad you eventually get back to your level but I’d like to understand a bit better how this is happening, because it’s not something we expect to see.

Could you clarify a couple of things for us:

* When you open the game, does it take you directly to level 1 as if you were a new player?
* Are you able to skip it, or do you have to play level 1?
* When does the game return you to your correct level (20467)? For example, after playing, after restarting, or automatically?
* Does this happen every time you open the game, or only sometimes?

In the meantime, you can also try:

* Making sure your game is updated to the latest version
* Logging out of your King account and logging back in

Once we understand exactly when and how this happens, we’ll be in a much better position to help you properly 👍

È collegato  ad un account King. Solo che riparte dal primo livello per poi tornare al mio livello attuale che  è 20467. Perdendo le volte che ho provato a giocare
