I am sorry to hear that you are stuck on this level for a while now! Because this is one of the "Jurassic season" themed levels, other players cannot help you as we do not have the same board like other regular levels!!
I did finish one round of Jurassic Season! This is just like any other "seasoned" themed levels! So, here are my tips - if possible, try to start the level with Color Bomb & Striped/Wrapped Candy Combo. Hopefully, both these special candies land next to each other on your board, so that you can make the combo to destroy as many waffles as you can!
Also, you might have noticed that the board has the portal for Striped Candies! Try to use that to hit the Bubblegum machines, with which, your job will become easyπ
Other than that, there are not much tips that anybody can share for this particular level!! Sorry for not being much of a help!ππΌ
