Question

1) EVERY TIME I watch all the ads for additional moves/rewards, game closes out without giving the rewards or extra moves. It goes back to game as if I didn't just watch all ads to get these rewards. I cleared cache and yet it continues.  2) FOR 2 DAYS I had a button to option out of Candy Royale and now it's gone. Why? YOU NEVER WIN AT CANDY ROYALE. 3) WHY when you're at the high level do you only ( CONSISTENTLY) GIVE ONLY 3 EXTRA MOVES? IF you're lucky enough to have gold, you are basically forced to use ( or purchase) to pass levels.  The game has lost the fun and excitement

TThanks For responding.  The ads don't give me a chance to do anything,  after watching ads,  it just goes back to game without the extra moves or rewards

Unfortunately, some ads do not work as intended. The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues is to use the process described in the following article from our Help Center.

In addition to reporting ads, you might find the following tips helpful:

* When you tap on the "x" button and it redirects to the advertiser's website, you might try to tap on the "back" button on your device. It might return you to the game but you might or might not get the reward for watching the ad.
* On some ads, there is a button in a bottom corner of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.

It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely.
