Board Layout Changing

I just played Level 19115 through facebook. Lost a life and next life, it is a completely different board layout. Lost that life and on my third life, it is back to the original board layout. I thought I caught a break, but the second layout was just as hard as the first. Anyone else experience this and why is this happening?

I had this happen to me once. It was a Jurassic level at the end of an episode and there was some kind of a server error. It probably showed what the level would look like if it was not the special Jurassic level. When I closed and reopened Candy Crush Saga, it showed the Jurassic level.
