Thank you @MountainMom for your comments. Unfortunately what has happened here appears to be very clinical. I am only following this because when oo1414 started in the Community a few weeks ago, I replied to them explaining how things were best done, and keeping posts relating to the same thing in one Thread. Instead of ignoring what I was saying, they took notice, and started using the same Thread to add their other posts. All was looking good and it was nice to see their achievements, both in their game and in the Community ways. It's a shame what was being done and achieved wasn't noticed by those making the clinical decision to move everything that had done to Off-Topic and more recently another lot to Support. And all of this without any real words of why it was being done.
Clean up is fine, but to clean up in this way is rather harsh and unnecessary. At least it was adding a few new posts to Discussions that were a bit joyful.
I won't bother with it anymore for now, but when QueenB returns, I will be bringing it to her notice, of just how unkindly newcomers are being treated, in their first few weeks. Appreciate fully what I say really doesn't matter to those running the Community, but it matters to me.

Hi @Carol-38, I am following comments in this thread. Since you have asked for my thoughts, I offer the following:
I am an advocate for consolidating similar comments into a single thread. This is quite helpful when multiple players share similar issues. By consolidating such comments, it brings greater attention to an issue and provides a single point of reference for updates regarding status and/or resolution. Sometimes, a member of the Community will collect similar issues into a single discussion to facilitate greater visibility; sometimes such actions are initiated by a Moderator or Manager.
In other cases, we might consolidate posts by a single player into one thread or move them into a different section of this forum. Such action can be initiated by a Moderator or in response to comments from other members of the Community. It is not meant to discourage members from posting, but rather to encourage them to update existing discussions rather than start new ones.
I understand that the new format for this Community can be confusing and lead to frustration. Unfortunately, more changes are expected. You might have noticed that "clean up" activities are in progress -- older threads might be moved or archived. The intent is to improve navigation and make it easier to find information. We might not appreciate all if these changes, but we ask for patience as this transition continues.
You have always been most welcoming and supportive of our new members, and we appreciate the kindness you show to them. I personally appreciate your Support for all Community members!
Please be aware that any actions taken in this Community by our Game Experts are at the request of a Moderator. In that role, I have and will continue to initiate consolidations for the benefit of all members.
Hi @MarieDuv this post has now been moved from Discussions to Support, but again no actual explanation as to why. And more importantly no explanation as to what action is being taken. Two ❤️❤️ are nice, but what exactly do they mean please. Do you have any comments @MountainMom please, as this site is already complicated, but all of this is making it farcical 🤔

I personally think it's a real shame what's happened here @MountainMom. This is a Community that's supposed to welcome newcomers. Yes oo1414 was opening new posts for the same thing, but listened to a lot of advice I was giving and getting it right. Then whoosh everything got scooped up and sent to Off-Topic. As I said in another post, what an awful way, and shame of how to treat a newcomer, and no explanation or advice from the Game Expert who did it. How are those new to the Community supposed to learn how to do things if this is what happens. And more importantly how does doing things like this make newcomers feel welcome and want to stay.

Hello @oo1414. It is true that individual posts on the same subject are sometimes merged into a single thread. So, your winning-streak posts, even though they might have different titles, have been merged into a single post. You are not the only player who has wondered about this, but it is intended to keep the list of discussion topics dynamic and to consolidate posts on the same topic.
Rather than post each of your individual accomplishments, I encourage you to claim the badges available for significant achievements in Candy Crush Saga, such as the Episode Race and Weekly Race badges which you have already requested, as well as participating in our contest (check out the green "Contests" button at the top of the page to see what is currently active).
I think what happened here is that a King agent called @MasterNoob put two (or more) of you threads together into one "collection" thread @oo1414, so all the individual post should still be there in the post linked below, but the header will have changed and may not be what you desired. King are in charge of their community and do this kind of thing sometimes. They like to keep things tidy and I think there are some automated systems in place that gather threads together into collection threads. I'm not sure what can be done about it at the moment as the community manager is away. I have no idea why the threads have been moved into the off topic section as they are on the topic of Candy Crush.
A while ago Deal_One's collection thread was also move to the off topic section, but then moved back @Carol-38. Roughly at the same time I asked for the "Introducing Candy Crushables" thread (that Diamond Lim often adds comments to) to be moved to Off Topic, since that thread is NOT directly relevant to the game of Candy Crush Saga. It was moved to Off Topic at the time after my request and a week or two later reappeared in Discussions. I am not sure what is going on here at the moment. I am not sure who or what is in control of this website.

Your posts @oo1414 have been moved to the Off Topic. I take it the Community Managers don't feel it should be under Discussions but under Off Topic. That is still a good place to be for what you are posting about. So if you go to the top of your screen, you will see Discussions, Support, Contents, Ideas. If you scroll to the right, you will see Off Topic, open that and you will see your thread 😏
You can then add your new Winning Steaks on your original thread.
