Hi, I am writing to report a serious technical issue with my account (Player ID: 1111087179).
I have just reached the milestone of level 20,000, but the game crashed and failed to connect to the server right at that moment. As a result, I did not receive any milestone rewards. Additionally, I won the Episode Race, but the 40 gold bars were not added to my balance.
As a long-term player who has reached such a significant level, I find this extremely frustrating. I am attaching a screenshot as evidence that I am currently on level 20,001.
Please credit the 40 gold bars from the Episode Race and the corresponding rewards for reaching level 20,000 to my account.
