Please check that many events are not available in the Windows version of the game. e.g., weekly contest, session pass, spoon, collect stamps, and many more. My system is far enough for this game. Even the apps are up-to-date.

It is not a bug. The Windows version is much less events than the version on the phone.
I have already passed more than 3500 levels, but it never appears. It is a bug.
Unfortunately some events like Weekly Contest and Baker's Box are available only on Mobile and not outside of it. Season Pass while is unavailable on Windows, it is available through Facebook, though but not checked mine yet as well as Mobile. Ads are also only on Mobile. Yeti's draw is available on Windows but I haven't earned that event on my main account.
You must play any 1-2 levels (no need to win) then go back to event tab to check if something changed
