19143 candy crush impossible

Question

I am up to level 19143 candy crush.  I just can't even get a quarter of what i need done to complete this level with only 18 moves. I have no gold bars left (first time in months) and no bombs, fish etc to help me. You then offer no extra help when I fail the round.  It is impossible to finish the game. Do i have to quit at this level? I'm in despair?

I am sorry to hear that you had to uninstall / reinstall your Candy Crush Saga game.  That is considered a last resort in our troubleshooting tips.  As you discovered, your boosters are lost when you reinstall the game, because they are stored locally on your device.  In contrast, your gold bar inventory and game progress are maintained on King servers, if you have a King account.

👉Don't lose your progress — save your game!

I wish I could delete my post today. I stayed up late last night after posting and finally managed to complete that level. Feel so pleased as I managed it without gold bars, but got some help with my daily spins.  Thanks

I don't know if anyone has had this happen. Phone freezes so advised to uninstall an reinstall. Did that, it was no easy feet. But lost all of my boosters and gold bars. I'm on level 20228. On a incomplete game they've taken away extra moves. If I had ten gold bars I could have extra moves. If you don't know if you lose the game your extra moves increases. I've been on 250 the highest it will go for almost a month. Lots of things that happen makes me feel suspicious of what is going on
