Daily Booster Wheel stuck with a 3-year timer. I tried all troubleshooting steps. Please help! Game ID: 9292235741
Thank you so much queenb for the update and for the warning! i will definitely not delete or reinstall the app. I noticed that my game version is actually 1.328.0.1 now, but unfortunately, the wheel is still stuck with the long timer. thank you both for your amazing help!

I’ve passed this on and I’m checking again with the team to see if there are any new updates. At the moment, I don’t have a confirmed fix or timeline to share, but we are keeping an eye on these reports.
For now, please don’t reinstall or offload the app unless Player Support specifically advises you to do so. Your progress should be safe if your game is connected to a King or Facebook account, but it’s always best to be careful before making changes to the app.

Game Version 1.328.0.1 [just updated today 5/20]
I am using an iPad. It is stuck on the events tab 133w. The sage map widget currently says 7.07. It counts down but never gets to a point that it can be spun. It just comes up with a different count down.
I read about offloading the app that might help, but deathly afraid of losing my progress.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much

We received the news that the "Daily Treat Machine" glitch is fixed now! Can you look check your App Store/Google Play Store for the new update version (which was released today) and install it? Please let me know how it goes!

Could you please share a screenshot showing the Booster Wheel timer in your game?
If possible, please also let us know:
• Is the long timer showing on the Booster Wheel in the Events tab, on the Saga map widget, or both? • Are any other timed features affected as well (for example Lives, Daily Treat Machine, Chocolate Box, etc.)? • Is your device date and time set correctly with automatic date & time enabled?
This will help us check whether the issue is isolated to the Booster Wheel timer or affecting other timed features too.
