Hi so may I ask you this say you brought 50 gold bars and you need one move to complete the level and no matter what move you made you didn't get what you needed so you use 5 the 15 then 25 extra moves and you still didn't get the piece you needed to complete the level would u be happy spending money.
When it comes to purchases it is not about how far you make it in the game, but whether or not you get what you paid for.
If you buy 250 gold bars and you receive 250 gold bars your transaction has been completed and you have no grounds for a refund.
Buying gold does not come with a guarantee of you completing every level you play, but if you receive what you have paid for then that counts as a successful transaction
Two answer your question I will answer with a question. You buy 50 gold how far would you expect to get?. Say you buy 100 gold how far would you expect to get?. Say you buy 250 gold how far would you expect to get?.
So you buy something, use it and can still get a refund! That doesn't sound right.
Do you have to provide a reason for the refund? Not winning a level doesn't seem like reason enough to obtain a refund.
You can do that? Did they really give you a refund?
