This level is impossible without boosters or paying money to buy them. It's been 3 weeks
Tips:
Prioritize on the bottom matches on 1st move
All chests should be unlocked in 15 moves or more
After unlocking the chests, deploy the color bomb with special candies to clear the rest of the blockers and use fish with striped often.

Hi @lizbar . I am also playing in the 13,000s at the moment, and have found that at this level range you need a good stash of gold bars to continue with the game and enjoy it.
Candy Crush is now about resource management, not about passing individual levels. Not every level is possible to pass without boosters any more. Players are meant to spend gold bars or use boosters such as lollipop, UFO and party popper to pass the impossible levels. In the earlier levels this way players will be able to make gold, because the rewards from events (episode race, chocolate boxes and Candy Royale) are larger than what needs to be spent, but in the upper levels the tables are turned, so you often need to spend more than you gain.
