Today is Mother's Day, and in the world of Candy Crush, you know who that means…Denize and Didi, the only canonical mother and daughter characters in this game!
Sure, I did say earlier that I retired, but it looks like I still have a few more special art pieces to make for such an occasion like this, and this is probably the last time I'll be doing this. Have a look below, @QueenB!
First, have a look at Denize and Didi playing around with each other at home in Lemonade Lake! Here, Denize is hanging Didi upside down by the tail with her own big prehensile tail, taking care to work around the dorsal spikes of her daughter's tail. The two look eye to eye and share a sweet moment together.
And then she tosses her around in the lake and makes a big obligatory splash out of doing it!
Denize loves Didi so much that she would do everything to protect her. So when the Chewrannosaurus Rex, the menace of the Candy Kingdom's Jurassic Era, came for Didi and snatched her in their peely grasp, Denize refused to let them make a tasty morsel out of her! Even if the C-Rex looked quite bigger and stronger than her!
The bond between mother and daughter would remain strong, even if these dragonesses were to become thorny flowerpents with ssssspring coming around.
But at the end of the day, there's no denying that dragonesses, despite their scaly, menacing ferocity, can still be moms deep inside. Awwwww, that's so sweet, isn't it?
