Missing booster reward

I won all the spoons to open the chest and won the 2 party boosters. They are now gone somehow, but not the other boosters I have earned. I need the party boosters to finish the chocolate box. Why is this?

Thanks for letting us know. That definitely sounds frustrating, especially when you were saving those Party Boosters for your Chocolate Box task.

Booster rewards should appear in your game after you claim them. If they disappeared while your other boosters stayed, please first try closing the game completely and reopening it, and also make sure your game is updated to the latest version.

If the Party Boosters are still missing, please contact Player Support directly so they can check your game account. We cannot restore missing boosters from the Community, but Support can take a closer look.

You can contact them from the game by going to:

Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → choose a topic → scroll down → Contact Us

Please include that you won 2 Party Boosters from the chest, when it happened, and that they disappeared before you could use them for the Chocolate Box.
