Why can't I accumulate points for boosters for the last few days?

For the last few days I can no longer accumulate points to win boosters. None of the screens even have a "C" when you scan through the different screens. I have not been able to accumulate any points for boosters for about 3 days. Please help.

I experience the same problem since April 17th, no solution still. I play on PC and use Facebook.

You had some problems on game for the server's mechanical errors. But now game is ok all the platforms.
what device you using for this game?
