passed level

Question

Passed level 3573, brought me to different game. When I got out of that game it did not pass level 3573!!!! Hiw many times do I have to pass this level?????

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m still not fully sure what happened when the other game appeared, so we need a bit more info to understand this.

Have you tried playing level 3573 again since then?

If yes, does the same thing happen every time you pass the level, or did it only happen once?

Also, when the other game appeared, was it:

* another app opening on your device?
* an ad for another game?
* something inside Candy Crush Saga, like an event or pop-up?

If the level didn’t register as completed, you may need to replay it, but if this keeps happening every time you pass it, we’ll need to look closer. A screenshot or screen recording would really help if you see it again.

no another game appeared, when I got out  of it my level was not passed!!!!!

That sounds strange. Can you tell us a little more about what happened?

When you say it led you to a different game, do you mean another app opened, or did you maybe see an ad or pop-up after passing level 3573?
