I purchased the gold pass for the Season Pass event, but it was debited from my Visa card and the ticket was not activated or the prize locks unlocked. What is the solution?

"I purchased the Golden Pass in Candy Crush for ₹90. I received the confirmation email, but I have not received the items mentioned in the pass. Could you please check and help resolve this issue?
