Is there going to be any good, interesting, joining in posts, ever again in the Community 🤔

I do check the Community often to see what is being posted. All I see is Game Crashing - Booster Wheel not working - Season Pass unable to complete, new levels only - Chocolate Box difficult to complete, new levels only - Too many Legendary, Nightmare, Super Hard, Hard levels in each Episode (100% agree with that) - Hand Switch removed from everything (unless buying with gold) - Wheel of Fortune changing extra move build up when not passing a level. I could go on but it is too depressing 😪.

Of course this is all because King just won't listen to genuinely sent feedback, on how they are destroying what used to be a challenging, but mainly fun game.

Yes they've ruined the game and it appears from not listening they are also ruining the Community. Many members have now stopped posting, I can understand why, there's nothing fun left to post about. And even feedback left gets ignored 🥴

What is going to happen in the future, guess only time will tell.

I too have been noticing the same, Christine @christinewupp! This past week, it was more than usual with Episode Race glitch!!!

When I reported to QueenB, I found out that it was Vanilla system not working as it is supposed to (as usual)!!

In addition, and I do think this is part of the theme for this thread: The "Hot and sweet in the Community" official thread could do with an update @PummyRaj or @QueenB . I have just noted that under "Top discussions created by a community member" my old now archived/read only thread of tips from 2025 shows up. There are a lot of better choices for the "top discussions" now, (including my own latest tips for 2026 of course…..)

There is definitely something going on in this community that is breaking things. 4 out of 12 support threads/questions on the front page this morning are additions to previous support questions that are from past years. I remember mentioning this problem to QueenB in the past and she said King were looking into ways to improve the search options. I have a sneaky suspicion that this new AI tool was introduced as a solution to improve the search function, but it seems to have made things worse instead. Now people wind up in old threads without even noticing.

Haha are you feeling alright Carol! Maybe you do need counselling as I can't believe you think King would provide something that doesn't require new levels in order to compete.

It is funny how we all tend to forget how much the game has changed over the years we have been playing.

Complaints about the Chocolate Box requiring new levels to complete invariably include comments asking for a return of the original. My guess is that those complaints only want the return of the previous version that they had grown accustomed to. That is, a lot of complaints about changes to features don't acknowledge that many of the features have changed multiple times over the years. People that have been playing for five or more years will now not be playing the same game, but people starting now will only know the features that exist now. When those players start to see changes they will start to complain about the loss of features that people are now saying they do not want.

So, yes they could increase the Gold Chocolate Box to thirty or more, but let's not forget how little we used to receive.

While I've got my Community head on @christinewupp I'm tidy and organised, make the bed every morning, even though it gets messed up again at night, but I'm finding things in the Community toooo tidy. When looking through 'Welcome to the Community' there are many posts that could be in Discussions. Some fun things of how players are doing, what rewards they are getting, others asking questions and for help, but not being answered etc. But these are all tucked away in the 'Welcome to the Community' thread. So really there are too many different official threads where many discussions get mixed/caught up. It's a shame but we can only say what we think, and hope it gets thought about a bit more. Would be much nicer if these kind of posts were separate posts/threads under Discussions making it easier for all to see and join in 😏

Oh I'm not so sure about that @Carol-38. I doubt they'd move any threads started by you. During All Stars, for example, all of the threads I started were kept in their place even though there was an official All Stars thread. Mine was very busy, the official one saw hardly any comments….. I wonder why that was. Even that's happy good old days now somehow.

The issue that we don't see the events others are complaining about is valid though: I might come out of retirement and do some testing on what the lucky booster wheel churns up if it showed up in any of my three accounts. But I don't have it so can't comment on it. To join in with discussions we need to see the feature being discussed, you are right there.

Maybe Carol, but maybe not. Tidying up comments is needed, but greater care needs to be taken when it is being done. Not every post that mentions a particular feature or Event belongs in the collection thread about that feature/Event but too often posts are moved into a collection to thread just because they happen to mention that feature/Event and context is ignored.

I have given up complaining about the state of things as there is absolutely no point in doing so. I will just continue to post less and less.

They could @Carol-38 but I doubt that would generate any meaningful conversation. People very rarely post here to say anything good about the game. Afterall no one used to post about the Sweet Cinema before they changed it

Well I suppose the lack of features/Events could be a topic of conversation. That is you could ask people that have those features what they are like, or you could maybe update your thread on Coconut Wheel Evidence.

Well said @christinewupp sometimes too organised isn't a good thing. I really don't see why the newbie who started last month has been flipped into Off-Topic, their post is about the game, OK about how they are doing, but it got others also posting, which is what the Community is about, and how many think to look in Off-Topic. But as MountainMom said it's down to her and other Moderators along with the Game Experts to decide what to tidy up.

Yes I did read Nobody1 saying a goodbye, but hopefully it won't be forever. I really don't think the sub-thread replies help, very messy and a lot of scrolling. There are also so many others who have stopped or very rarely post, won't name them, too many. But hopefully things will improve soon 😏

Another reason it's gone so quiet here is the drive to gather up everything into just one collection thread. This happens very swiftly now, sometimes even at weekends, so it's probably an automated process. The problem is then that once the CM has given an accepted answer that is the only thing that will show up. This is why there are few comments in Support now @PummyRaj. A lot of new players add their comments to one of the official threads there and no one can see them because only the official accepted answer shows up. So newbies don't get welcomed and nobody gets to read their additions to the thread.

We also now have the blanket announcement thread covering all new tests King are doing @Carol-38 , which was updated two days ago to incorporate the wheel of fortune. This means that King representatives no longer have to read all posts and threads or reply to anyone, since the one thread covers it all. I can see where this community is going……..

Good heavens no @Carol-38 I'm not turning that back on. I was only kidding. We're not here to teach King's AI how to do the job. Eventually I might have something to say again. Did you see Nobody1's good-bye message by the way? Now they were always good for helpful and intelligent comments. There's not many left now who can string more than one sentence together, that's the problem. We miss the automatic translation mechanism as well. We know how to translate posts of course, but many don't bother and just read posts in their own language. People are still being told they have to post in English and that's not very welcoming for this community.

I'm sure you saw her reply, where she said she was having a tidy up, and asked one of the Game Experts to move the post. I was going to ask QueenB why things like this were being done to newcomers, but I've got past the care of asking now.
