I am contacting you again regarding the missing reward from the event in Candy Crush Saga.
I successfully completed the required 21 levels and was eligible to receive 87 gold bars. However, the reward never appeared in my account balance.
Your previous response stated that the 87 gold bars were already credited according to your records, but I carefully checked my account and balance history multiple times and no such reward was ever received.
I only received 40 gold bars as compensation, but this does not match the actual reward I earned in the event.
I kindly request a manual investigation of my account transaction logs and server reward history. Please verify the exact time and transaction ID where the 87 gold bars were supposedly credited.
If the reward was truly added, please provide proof/details of the transaction because the balance in my account never increased by 87 gold bars.
I have been patiently waiting for a proper resolution and hope this issue can now be resolved fairly.
