Candy Crush still not loading

Question

I have been playing Candy Crush For many years now. For nearly 8 weeks now game has not been loading!!!! If i do get in to play i lose bonuses', Gold bars, friends giving me lives. I have sent many feed backs about the loading issue's, ripping me off especially money wise. I have reported several times times to Facebook. I am so upset, angry & pissed off. Being ripped off money wise in inexcusable. I want this to be fixed or as i have said i am in talks with thousands of people all around the world to do a class action. I didn't even get a response from account department about my missing gold bars which i have been paying through my sons card. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!

* If using a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now?  
* Which version of the software is running on your mobile device?
* Are you logged in through Facebook?

Can you please give more explanation about “game not loading”?  What is happening when you try to open the game?
