Lost of "rewards" after a "reset" of phone

Hi Everyone

I would like to know why the rewards collected during my progress in the game were lost with a phone issue.

I have been freezed with my phone and i had to reset my phone to solve this issue.

I restored the game used with my Google account, and i have succeeded to restore the game progression with my account stored in "King.com". But i losted all the rewards and extras boosters that i wonned before.

Is there any solution to keep and save the boosters on the cloud and keep them safe ?

Én a 15485 pályán vagyok a candy crush saga játékban. Egyszer csak eltűntek a játék végén a bónuszok. Nem tudok tovább menni, csak ha pénzért veszek aranyrudat. Hogy tudom visszaállítani, hogy a játék végén újra legyenek bónuszok?

Hello @king3836.  Thank you for explaining your issue.  We are not able to access individual player accounts from this Community, so I encourage your to reach out to King's Player Support team through your game:

* Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way our Player Support Team will have the details about your device and account and should be able to assist you 💚

Please be aware that boosters are stored locally on your device, so they are lost if you change devices or reset your device.  So, if you have a screenshot of your booster inventory before you reset your phone, the Player Support Team might be able to retrieve some or all of them for you.  Your gold bars are stored on King servers, so you should have gotten them back when you logged into your game with your King account.
