No Refund For Free Boosters

I am surprised by this. I know that the T&Cs do say that King do not make a policy of replacing boosters that you waste/lose if you have only obtained them by playing the game, but I thought that they would always consider it on a case by case nature.

Given the issues caused by them to the Booster Wheel and possibly adverts it seems unfair to introduce this message into the game.

Ah well at least it makes Supports job a little bit easier. The answer from King is always no.

I understand your disappointment @Alienscar

But why not? At least, this is a stance! Better than no reply at all or driving players crazy with ongoing automated mails sending them to the Community, which sends them back to Support.

As for me, after not receiving any reply to my claim about the gold bars reward in Gold Rush (yeah seems ages ago, but not really not), I have given up with them.

I noticed positive reactions when Communuty contest rewards were not received. Thank you Mods and CMs!
