Has everyone had the time limit of the colour bomb series been reduced to only an hour, please? I used to have 2 hours which was achievable for the 90 colour bombs. 1 hour is impossible at levels in the 19,000s which are so very hard 😔. Thank you 🙏🏻

Event is definitely malfunction , i am trying to say if what is the point of people in the map if nobady get to the podium, at the moment you are just racing against the time.
Before this race had "somone " who made it to the podium and all 3 places were taken before race ends
I was thinking along those lines myself. Well, it's like all events, you either bother with them or you don't. This one I'm not bothering with!
For me the event seems to malfunction.
It could be due to malfunction or……
“Please check your device time before playing this event next time.”
As you know this event is a recording, not real time competition. If the race starts at 3:00pm and closing at 4:00pm on King’s server time, but you play this event while your device showing a time after 4:00pm. You will lose the race certainly.
If you play this event and finish it while your device showing a time before 3:00pm, you will win the race certainly even though the animation has shown other players occupying the first three positions.😁
I was lucky and had one level that gave me 35 colour bombs. It had a cannon that dropped one on every move. I'm fourth every time though.
I did all of that. You have to just play the next level and can’t choose etc. Worked really hard with no reward even though finished first. It’s even more annoying than the Troll 😈
Well I don’t have any like 😔. Am not bothering with it any more. No one has completed a race today on my groups.
You can if you find many levels with Color Bomb Cannons
No one in any of the series on my game has completed it in time so guess I’m in an unlucky test group 😂
How can you get 25 CBs in 5 minutes!!!!! I never have levels like that 😂

If you play on Windows or Android you can opt out by pressing Esc (For Keyboard) or the Physical Software Back Button (Android) but this has to be done every time it pops up up until the clock says xx:15 (Where xx is a number from 00 to 23) as the game won't give a new race if less than 45 minutes are left for the race.
For me the event seems to malfunction. I played an episode in twenty minutes and managed to earn more than 90 colour bombs:
At this point I had 89/90 colour bombs. After the next level, when I earned another 4 colour bombs the event closed.
Then there was an animation where everyone slowly overtook me while I sat a the end of the track, three players tiptoed onto the podium and I got the booby prize:
This is the second time it happened. I wouldn't care but it wants me to do it again, and again, and again.
And you can't opt out of it, of course.
It is possible but requires luck. I have finished the 90 CB race in under 1h as well.
Had a go this morning but completely impossible. I was first but got nothing for my efforts. As per the attached screenshot you can see no one else was even close. Really don’t understand the point of having these completely impossible challenges. It’s neither fun nor interesting, just a pointless waste of time and effort 🥵

I also noticed that colour bomb series are changing with every new update and current one is the worst.
I agree with you 90 colour boms under an hour is not achievable, I think for anyone.
@QueenB ,
I thought that in colour bomb series we are racing with recordings of other players not with time. I all mine 5th races when you need to collect 90 bombs , nobody get to the podium in time provided.
What is the point?
