This game has been crashing like crazy and I’ve lost all my lives and boosters. I never purchased anything but yet was charged $27.86 today. I want my money refunded asap

From what I understand, your game is not moving forward even though your phone is up to date. Could you tell us what happens exactly? Are you stuck on the map, stuck on a level, or is the game freezing?
