Question

Hello, I've been playing Candy Crush Saga since 2019. Two days ago, I reached level 20,000, but I haven't received any gold. I also finished the race from level 19,985 to 20,000 in first place, but again, I haven't received any gold. After all this effort and time spent playing, I want to delete the game because you're not giving me the help I deserve. Thank you for your response, but I need a clear answer so I understand what to do.

I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received your rewards.

Just to double-check, are you referring to the Episode Race from level 19,985 to 20,000?

If yes, we’ve already flagged reports about missing race rewards to the studio, and this is currently being looked into. Unfortunately, we don’t have an update yet on when this will be fixed.

For any missing rewards on your account, please contact Player Support directly from your game, as they’re the team who can check your account and review what happened. We’re not able to add or replace missing rewards from the Community.

Open the game → tap the Settings cogwheel → Account & Help → Help Center → choose a topic → scroll down and tap Contact Us

Please include the race details and explain that you finished first but didn’t receive the Gold Bars.

In the meantime, please make sure your game app is updated to the latest version and keep an eye on the game.

I know this is frustrating, especially after reaching such a big milestone, and thank you for reporting it here.
