How can I recover my account since I had to change phones and now I have to start over, and I was already at a very high level?

In our Kingdom, players come from everywhere and have different experience levels. Whether you're new or a pro, you don’t want to lose your progress.
If you drop your phone or change devices, King keeps your game safe—if you save it with Facebook or a Kingdom account.
When you open the game, you can connect to Facebook easily. Just make sure to use the right Facebook account!
If you prefer Kingdom, connect through the in-game settings.

On your old phone, did you save the game either with Facebook or King account?
** If yes, all you need to do is - install the game in your new device and log back in with the same account details;
** If you did not save the game on your old device, but you did install the game on your new device - you will have to contact King Player Support team ask their assistance to restore your game progress!
** You can try to create the account with the existing game on your old device! But, sometimes, it is a miss or hit!! So, I would recommend you to go with 2nd step!
