I just bought 15 pcs of lollipop hammers for 89 gold bars in level 14718. But somehow, I lost double the gold bars for ONLY 15 lollipops. I really need a 89 gold refund pls

My apologies for the delayed response! After reviewing your account, I'm seeing that you spent 89 gold bars on 15 Free Switch boosters and then another 89 gold bars were deducted for 15 Lollipop Hammers 21 minutes later. This is where likely where the confusion lies.
I have to assume this wasn't intentional, as you don't usually make 89 gold-bar purchases. With this being said, I'm re-adding one instance of the 89 gold bars to your account as a one-time gesture. We recommend being extra careful, as we're not able to do this multiple times.

King do not work over the weekend and I think they finish early on a Friday afternoon, so you won't get anymore help with your issue until at least Monday

Yes @Johan_DelaCena some people have the play button and some people don't that is why Cyborg's instructions are still relevant and can be said to work for some people.

There is no "play" button any more as the game opens straight away onto the game map bypassing the screen you mention.On the "my Account" screen I double tap on the King icon and nothing happens

You are wrong @christinewupp as the method described by Cyborg still works for a lot of people I would guess. The 'Play' button still exists and the ID is still shown in 'My Account'
This method no longer works for two reasons @MustardCyborg.
