Game not loading

Question

Following advice from elsewhere I turned Future Activity off on Instagram. When I went to play Candy Crush Saga from FaceBook it didn't load and stated it was because of that setting. I reversed the change and when I went back to retry the game it asked to access my FaceBook details which I allowed, the screen now goes black and the game will not load.

Hoping someone has had this problem and can advise how to correct and retain my progress.
