Just wondering why I could collect 24 tickets out of 25 and then NEVER get a level with another ticket on it? And it ended sometime last night. That's pretty crappy. Just don't offer the games if you don't want to pay out!

The same happened to me @Judy_Druckenbrod , but only on my iphone, not the iPad, though it's the same account. My guess is that if you set the time on your device forward beyond the finish time of the event then no more tickets will appear. I did this on my iphone and got 24 tickets, but on the iPad I never changed the time and I got 25 tickets. But that's just a guess. I'm not sure it matters with this event because no matter how many tickets I collect I never win anything at all!
No this post was not referring to the pins. It's the ticket event, the one with the lottery tickets. I can't remember what it's called but as a game expert I'm sure you'll know which event I mean @Alex_The_Witch : Yeti pulls the winning ticket out of the hat at the end. One player gets 250 gold bars. We can collect up to 25 tickets along the map screen but collecting doesn't mean we will win anything. It's like a lottery.

From your description, I'm assuming you're referring to the Candy Pins collection. If so, I'm sorry to hear you didn't have the chance to complete it. I can imagine how frustrating that must have been. Unfortunately, while we cannot adjust the way the Pins are rewarded randomly right now, having feedback such as yours available enables our developers to make adjustments and changes to our game in future updates, which will hopefully introduce new features as well as potential improvements that will match your tastes.
