Pop up is blocking me from playing

Question

I'm still getting a pop up at the beginning of my game, so it doesn't let me play. It blocks my game completely, so there's no way of getting rid of it, except to go out of the game, and then I lose a life. Please fix this problem!!

I’m sorry to hear this is blocking your game completely.

Could you please share a screenshot of the pop-up you’re seeing? That will help us understand exactly which message or feature is appearing and blocking your game.

Also, could you let us know:

* What device you’re playing on
* Your game app version
* Whether this happens every time you open the game

In the meantime, please try closing the game fully and reopening it, and also make sure your game app is updated to the latest version.

Once we can see the pop-up, we’ll have a better idea of what’s happening and where to send the report.
