What in the world? I can't break those last set of blocks to win. I have not ever had so much trouble with this game. I even purchased extra help but and I have many points left to break them, but they will not move. Stuck on 4!

Opening those blocks requires collecting what is depicted on them. In this case, it's bubblegum. The bubblegum is created by the magic mixers. If you have already destroyed the mixers, you won't be able to open the last set of blocks and will have to replay the level, sorry.
It helps to let the amount of moves you get after buying extra build up to a lot so you have more tries.
