I lost my super charger but won my levels
No mine did not crash. I had won 8 levels and won the gold bars in the Candy Royal thing so that shows I did not lose my level. I got the gold bars and then instead of going to the next level it went to the scene showing I lost the super charger. Nothing else was wrong. I still had like 23 hours left on the charger so it was not that. Oh well another Candy Crush glitch.
just letting you know the same thing just happened to me. I had at least 3-5 hours left. Opened the game, played my level, won (wasting boosters to do so), and then was informed I had lost the booster. I also did not get the booster in the game. Just wondering is this is a glitch.
same thing happened to me. Had at least 5 hours left and was told I lost the charger after winning my level.
I’ve lost mine from my app crashing also. Did you app crash?
I was playing on my Android phone, I still had like 23 hours left on it. I had won about 8 levels cazz I had just won the Candy Royal and it shows how many gold bars I won and right after it gave me the gold bars it shows the Super charger blowing up scene. So see I didn't lose the level. Maybe it glitched caz I won the royal thing?

Sorry to hear your Super Charger disappeared.
Once the Super Charger is active, it should stay with you while you keep passing levels, but it can disappear if the timer runs out or if a level is not completed.
Could you tell us a bit more about what happened? For example, did the timer still have time left, and did it disappear right after you won a level?
