Hi there @Deal_One!

I understand that you want to add some old friends in Candy Crush Saga, and I'm here to share more info on this.

We have now migrated to the new Friends Tab aka Social Hub, so allow me to guide you through this process in case you have some doubts.

Here are some ways to add friends:

* Import from phone contacts
* Friendship Requests
* Recommendations:* Mutual Friends
* Players that are close on the Map
* Players that Played in your team
* Players that Played against you

Please note that while you are playing offline, you cannot add friends or accept existing friend's invitations.

If your game does not show the Friends Tab aka Social Hub on your Profile, this feature might not be available in your game at the moment. Please note that functions like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently and may be undergoing some tweaks from our Studio.

I currently have two of your accounts, @Deal_One , the old one and the new one. It appears that the support team set up a new account for you and put it at your current level instead of recovering your old one. The new account seems to be functioning incorrectly.

As I still have your old account in my friend list, could the support perhaps locate it via my friend list?

@Deal_One when you accidentally delete your app from your device all you are doing is deleting your game from your device. Deleting your app does not delete your game from King's servers.

If you accidentally delete your app all you have to do is download the app again and sign back into your game. Doing this means your progress, gold and friends will be return once you sign in and play a few levels

When you deleted your app instead of reinstalling the app have you asked Support to reinstate your game for you?

@Alienscar They put me back at the right level and gave my coins back. My friends and saved lives were not there anymore.

@MannyFae I don’t know. I have to ask. They put me back to the right level and gave me coins. It is treating me like a new player though. Even though i am in the high 10000 levels.

Right, that is because you did not need Support to put you back at the right level. Reinstating your game in this fashion means you are effectively a new player. Do all of your previously completed levels only have two stars?

It is treating me like a new player though.

This must be because they actually created a new account for you and moved it up the levels. It may not work properly. You either accept this and add friends anew, or ask them to find and recover your old account instead.
