Not able to play the game through Safari on - Mac is a common issue that keeps popping up every now & then! As mentioned above, I haven't seen any other complaints, yet!!
I do not know how a Mac works! Does it have the "App Store"? Can you check all the widgets on your device and let me know?
I will report this issue to our Community In-charge and ask what to do about it! But, you will have to wait till Monday as they do not work in the weekends!
I play on Mac Mini M4. I don't know where charging the App. I prefere play on Facebook

Which device are you using - an iPad?
I haven't seen other complaints about this issue! Have you tried downloading the App version of the game?
