I saved my progress but my progress didn't transfer over to my new device!

Question

I've been playing Candy Crush for years. I recently got a new phone, I saved my progress on my old phone, I went to my new phone and it did not save, I stupidly just reset my old phone without double checking everything transferred! I don't remember the exactly level I was on, it was eight hundred and something, and I'm really upset that it didn't save and fully transfer! for some reason it only shows me at level 11 on my new phone. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I don't have proof that I was on level eight hundred and something, but I wasn't expecting this to happen.

UPDATE: I feel like such a dummy, because all I did was scroll up to the level I was supposed to be at and my progress was saved! but it looked weird like some levels were blocked off. I'm just glad my progress was saved.

Hey! Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, it didn't work, but I signed out, deleted the app, and redownloaded and logged back in and it brought me up to level 21. I'm not sure what to do, how can I send a complaint to the Player Support team?

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your game progress!  I am also sorry to hear that you have reset your old phone!

You said you are at level # 11 on your new device, right?  Can you try this —>

* Replay level # 11 (win or lose does not matter), and play it till the last move; 
* Then when score screen comes up, choose to exit and go back to map;  
* Since you have already logged into your usual account, this trick would give a kick and your level progress should appear!

If that doesn’t’t bring your progress, all you can do is - to send a complaint to the King Player Support team directly from your game App.
