I completed all the event tasks and collected the maximum number of tickets (25/25), but I did not receive any reward.
The event screen shows that all my tickets were entered into the draw, yet I have not received the prize or any notification about the result.

Judging from your screenshots, it appears the draw hasn't started yet, hence, there are no results. The draw results will be revealed when the timer runs out. Keep in mind that the event is a lottery, and you do not have a guarantee of winning.
