Hello! Is anyone experiencing game freeze issues or am I the only one.

Saga still freezes randomly and often. I have the latest game and iOS versions. It can happen at any time.
If possible, it would be great if the Super Charger could be retained after a freeze.

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, can you please provide more details about "when" your game is freezing?
Is it when you try to make a purchase or when the cascades are going on or with Chocolate box or is it something else? The more details you provide, the better assistance we can be! It also helps if you can post a screenshot when the issue occurs!
