My candy crush account connected with my Facebook account but now my Facebook account is already banned may I know how can I connect my candy crush to another account?

If you can’t use that Facebook account anymore, you can create a new King account in the game instead:
Settings cogwheel → My Account → Create account
Once your new King account is created, please contact Player Support from inside the game and ask them to help restore your level progress to the new account.

Settings cogwheel → Account & Help → Help Center → choose a topic → scroll down → Contact Us
It will also help if you can tell Player Support which level you were on, or as close as you can remember 😁
