I'm sorry to see you're having issues with freezing when you're prompted for your Super Colour Bomb. I can share that this is a known issue the team is currently working on resolving ASAP.
Here's the post we made about it. It mentions win streak, but we've found it's also affecting the Super Colour Bomb:
