Hola, necesito recuperar mi progreso ya que no puedo acceder a mi cuenta de facebook. Mi cuenta estaba en el nivel 10173. Adjunto imagen.

Sorry to hear you’ve lost access to your Facebook account and need help restoring your progress.
The best thing to do is to first create a King account in the game… Check HERE how to do it. Once that is done, please contact Player Support directly from the game and ask them to help restore your progress to around level 10173.

Settings cogwheel → Account & Help → Help Center → select a topic → scroll down → Contact Us
Please include the screenshot you shared here, as it can help Player Support check your previous progress.

Once you open the article, scroll all the way down to the bottom. You should see a “Chat with us” button there.

El problema que tengo es que no me sale la opción de "Contact Us" cuando ingreso directamente desde el juego. Sigo estos pasos "Settings cogwheel → Account & Help → Help Center → select a topic → scroll down → Contact Us." pero no me aparece la opción de contacto. Después de Help Center no me da esas opciones.
Cómo puedo hacerlo?
