Video ads not seen

I m very disappointed to your game service. I m very long time your game user and I've also filed a complaint with your official email address. Video ads are no longer showing in my game, which is disrupting my gameplay and making it less enjoyable. My humble request is to please resolve my issue. Otherwise, I will post stories on my GB account and Instagram account about your game, and I've received very poor real-life feedback on the Play Store.I will give

I understand how disappointing it can be to not have video ads in your game.  Many of us rely on watching videos to win levels.  Unfortunatelt, video ads are nor a permanent feature in King games.  Please be aware that tests are done with different players across different King games to ensure the best player experience. Since these test groups are totally random and change, you will probably get ads at some time in your game.  Ads turned on automatically only when available for your device and account, and there isn’t a way to enable them manually.

A few things to know:

* Ad availability can vary by device, region, and time
* Not all levels or situations offer ads
* Make sure your game is fully up to date

If ads are available for you, they’ll appear automatically. If not, they’re just not active for your account right now.  For more information, please view the following post ⤵️
