Game keeps going offline

Question

Can anyone help? My game has been going offline intermittently for past couple of weeks. Internet connection is fine. I have checked for updates, have plenty of memory on phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled game, all without issue resolution. I went through chat bot and it said it was connecting me to human, but nothing happened...ever. This is getting very frustrating!!!

A few things to try, if you haven’t already:

• Close the game completely and reopen it

• Restart your device

• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, if possible

• Make sure your game app is fully up to date

If this not works please reach out to our Player Support team through your game:

* Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way the Player Support Team will have information about your account and device, and they should be able to assist you.

I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing a connection issue in your game!

I would like to ask for some details for my better understanding please….

* You said the game is going offline!  How do you know that?  Does the game shows a pop-up that you are off-line?  
* Do you have any "special" features in your game?  How about Episode Race, Chocolate Box, etc.,?
* Which device are you using?  And, which version of the App do you have right now?

About contacting the Player Support team through "Chat Bot" - It has been few weeks since I have contacted them!  So, do not remember full details!  When the bot says "connecting to human", I think it was talking about email!  Did you check your email notifications to see if you have anything from "King"?

Please let me know these details and we will discuss further!🍫🍫
