for the second time today the game has frozen when I’ve finally got the super colour bomb. I’ve had to force close which means I lose the booster

Unfortunately if your game glitches you lose the color bomb. It happens to me all of the time :(! Hopefully they look at this as a lot of players are reporting it.
I don’t do anything differently. I pass the specified number of levels then get awarded the booster. On the scream that loads the level there is an overlay showing the booster which is where it freezes

I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the Super Color Bomb booster!
We did receive few complaints about this issue and it was reported to the game Studio!
Can you please tell me when does the issue occur? What you exactly did before you experience the issue? Do have "double tap" the special booster feature in your game?
