Thank you to everyone who has shared feedback about the extra moves spin wheel.

This feature is currently being tested in the game. The Community team is following this thread, and the feedback shared here is also being passed on to the studio.

The latest update we have is that this test is expected to continue for at least another week. At the moment, we’re not able to stop the test or remove individual players.

Please keep sharing your feedback in this thread, especially examples from your own game. Helpful details include the level you were playing, how many moves were offered, how the spin wheel affected your level attempt, and whether it felt useful or not.

We’ll continue to follow the discussion and share updates here when there is more to say.

I reached level 20713 without ever spending any money, but I don't know how many ads I saw to help me get past the difficult levels (sometimes even the normal ones required boosters), so I've earned you quite a bit of money. I've been thinking about uninstalling the game for a while now, precisely because it took a few hundred tries to get past the legendary levels, but now this new feature on the wheel of fortune has convinced me to stop. Kudos to the creator of this nonsense.

I tried it when it offered 30 moves and 2 UFOs. Well only got 1 UFO, won't be using that wheel! Hate it. Lost 10 gold bars!

I got the Wheel of Misfortune today. It's not pretty.

From the roughly ten times I saw it, these are the approximate chances that I gathered:
- 90% chance: 10 moves + UFO
- 10% chance: 20 moves + UFO
- 0% chance: everything else

These are definitely not the real chances, but these are approximately what they seem to be based on my experience.

Also, due to a bug, the UFO doesn't stack with what you get from the base extra moves. I may see 15 moves + 2 UFOs, but I get 15 moves and only 1 UFO from it.

After playing for years and spending a bit of money over that time, I think this is my cue to quit. I just reached level 14,000 and now no matter how many times I play a level , a spin of wheel may by chance offer 25 more moves for 10 gold bars? This is a cash grab and a slap in the face to all the loyal players who have been playing since the beginning and who have made the game’s popularity what it is today. 😑😢

Totally agree, playing a level lots of times which gives you 100+ moves for 10 gold bars, and now this ridiculous wheel of formule gives me 15, I feel robbed!! Time to quit!

. Didn't we go through this the last time the team did the wheel of fortune. Didn't they learn that we hated it before so why did they think we would like it this time. Please let them know that we would like it gone and go back to adding moves after a loss.

The wheel is absolutely rubbish. Been playing this for years and it’s ruined now, I’m on a level that I need loads of extra moves and this stupid wheel offers no more than 10 spins and a striped candy!!! Time to delete the game I think.

I've been playing candy crush for more than a few years now and this is the first time I've considered leaving the game. The new wheel for extra spins is a very bad idea. Legendary levels require many more moves than the wheel is offering. I have spent more money on this game than is smart, and I refuse to spend any more when they do things like this. Sounds like I'm not the only one. Stop being money grabbers King and fix this

I am the same, the greed is disgraceful. Over the past week costing £19.99 & £49.99 for a few boosters & gold bars. I refuse to waste that amount of money on a game that gives nothing.
I could usually get 20 lives daily from friends on my list but I am lucky to get 5 now even although my friends are still on list. I have been playing since 2013 but I can’t see me playing much longer as I am disgusted with how long term players are being treated by CCS. There are plenty of other places to pass time without treating players as cash cows.

II totally agree . I have spent money on this game and now I can't even get gold coins and I'm tired of spending money get rid of The Wheel of Fortune thing or I'm going to remove the game from my computer. This is always been my favorite game but I will stop if the Wheel of Fortune does not go away.

this is really the most horrendous thing so far! I hate it and roll my eyes to the back of my head every time it comes up! I pretty much agree with everybody else on this test. I on level 19,384 and ready just to uninstall it. I have really spent way too much money on this game and this new wheel just made it super annoying. I

hi QueenB, king must be losing a lot of money as I for one will not purchase additional gold bars while the Wheel of Fortune is still being “tested” it’s just throwing money away for zero gain.

@QueenB, I'm of the same mindset as pretty much everyone else here. The new wheel makes it much harder to complete levels that were already too hard to begin with. If we can't possibly finish a level without 50+ extra moves, how are we supposed to do it with 10-20? Either this feature needs to be removed, or they need to start making the levels easier. I fear you will lose a lot of players otherwise.

I agree with you Carol. The stupid f...… wheel of torture is costing me luck and i can no longer won with train rewards. Escpecially for level 15870, where not only i spent 10 gold but also costs my lollipop hammer thanks to this wheel of torture.

Just played an Episode @QueenB 22476 being the first level, with 26 moves. Knew I would need a lot of extra moves, even though it isn't marked with any difficulty, built my extra moves up to 65. Well knock me down with a feather, I completed it with 4 moves left, so that was 87 moves in total needed.

Then played level 22477,and of course another level not marked with any difficulty, but designed not to let us pass in the moves given. What did I get then, Ahhhhhh the 🤬 Wheel of Fortune. Of course I didn't use it, I replayed the level using strong boosters 🎉🎉, no way would I have been able to complete it with the 15 extra moves The 🤬 Wheel was offering me.

So I thought, being as I've already started the race for a grand reward of 30 gold 😂🤣😂 I'd finish the Episode, no matter what, and then that would be my lot. Now throughout the Episode I got the normal build up of extra moves on some levels, then The 🤬 Wheel, that I ignored on others, so used strong boosters on those. Not sure if other players have been experiencing this.

But that's my lot for now, as others have said, absolutely no point in playing if that's what we are going to keep getting. So I will remain in the Community, and keep checking to see if it gets announced that The 🤬 Wheel has been scrapped, but until then 👋 CCS.

Moaning Minnie Pinnie still on, glass in one hand brandy bottle in the other. How long does it take for the developers to actually take notice, or are they seriously looking at ending the game 🤔

I don't usually get annoyed with any of the changes but this wheel is really not a nice feature. When you have tried a level about 50 times and want to purchase gold bars to pass it when it's showing that you have 255 moves gained with your 10 gold bars, then it's fine. Never will I purchase gold bars for 10 moves and a saucepan. It makes me want to stop playing only!

I've been playing Candy Crush for years and up until recently I enjoyed playing. Your greedy tactics ruin the game!

The extra moves wheel will be the downfall of Candy Crush. It’s not possible to even win a game without extra moves the higher you go. I will not be spending any more money buying gold bars!

IIm Officially done after 15 years, this booster wheel led me out the door. That's nonsense…I dont even have gold bars to use and it pisses me off. No fun an
