My episode race has disappeared. I completed level 17870 which I was in first place but didn't get any rewards. I'm now at 17876 and there's still no episode race. When will it be back and how will I get any rewards I'm entitled to. I'm in Android.

When I first started on the game today, only a couple of games away from the end of the level, there was no flag - it had vanished. I completed the level without winning anything. (1st screenshot)
A few games into the second level I was suddenly awarded the win from the previous level, however I found myself a shown in 2nd screenshot, with a flag but not able to be part of the episode race.
To the best of my knowledge I hadn't lost connection to kings server - unless it happened while I was asleep last night!
I note that many other players are complaining of the same issue....

Since I haven't been in the community for a long time, I logged in. My episode race has also disappeared, and I was the first one until now. The update was yesterday. That's why I'm fully on your side. I didn't find any announcement. Is this still being done? Or does this page no longer exist?
Hello @Diamondleader Judging from your two screenshots you have somehow forfeited, I mean skipped, this one episode race. The reason might be that you had somehow lost connection to King's server while you played the first four levels of that episode. This can happen. In fact just this morning I had lost the entire app store, which I only noticed when I tried to load Candy Crush. The apple app store would not load until I had rebooted my iPad. But if this happens while we are playing then it's not always obvious. The game often looks much the same, so always check if the flag shows up before you play more than the first one or two levels of each episode. If there is no flag: close and reopen the app, check the connection to the server by clicking on your avatar on the map screen: If there is connection then the player card will load. If we play four levels of a new episode not connected to the server that episode race will not start. You should see the new race flag when you start the next episode at level 17,886. Please come back here to report if this is not the case.

Now I'm in the middle of a level and the screen is telling me that I can't start a level until I've finished it!! There is definitely something wrong. Please respond
My game is fully up to date. Episode race is a constant and shouldn't just disappear. Please advise if there is an issue and how I will get my gold bars reinstated.
This really hasn't helped. I've been playing for 14 years so am well aware that some features come and go. But the episode race is a constant and shouldn't just disappear without warning. I've missed out on at least 30 find bars to help me keep playing. My game is completely up to date. Please look into this and confirm that you have an issue.

Thank you for reporting , In the meantime the features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game
