Community issues.....again

I am once again not seeing who last commented on questions in Support. All questions stand as "answered" @QueenB while at the same time there is a "new" next to the thread, so we know that someone added to the thread. In one case I found a new question by the original poster which I did answer. It remains almost impossible to find posts by people who need help in this forum. I mean it!

Many of the questions/complaints/calls for help are still stuck in the Candy Corner, and they have been stuck there for days!
Comments and questions in Support show up as "answered" and there is no indicator for us to see if a moderator or trusted community member answered it or not, nor if a new question was added to the thread, unless we click on each post.
The "someone needs Help" section showing on the right hand of my support page is not showing right this morning: All I get is one old thread that WAS answered dating from over a week ago.

Thanks for fixing this @FluffyDinosaur . It does make me think that posting here isn't a complete loss, yet. I like the fact that we have views and comments added now as well. Those are useful bits of information and it's great those are back.

I'm just spending a bit more time in the Community @Alienscar giving my two penny worth, being as I'm not playing my game anymore. Well not until they've got rid of The 🤬 Wheel. I noticed we have now got the counter back of how many have viewed threads/posts. That obviously knocked the last person who commented off. I hadn't seen what you attached, so will read it a few times later, to get my head around what is being said now 🥴

I'm really sorry to hear you feel this way @Alienscar , if you are willing to tell me some of the concerns you currently have with the community, I can see what we can do.

Some of the changes done in the past has been necessary for different reasons such as complying with different regulations - but these latest updates we genuinely thought would be welcomed by Community members.

I'd love to hear what you would like to see change in the community layout, and see if it's something we can look into.

I haven't heard anything personally from @QueenB for a while @christinewupp. I wonder if she's hiding in the store room with Mick and John, probably fed up with all the game and community problems/difficulties. Don't let it get to you QueenB, you don't want to start getting grey hairs and wrinkles. If you do you'll have to ask for a pay rise to deal with it 🤗

Can I also add @christinewupp @QueenB that the last person to comment has also gone missing from Discussions, which is a shame. I know this is how we had it when we got the new system, but it was then put back. Is this going to be permanent, or is it another long fix Vanilla will be dealing with 🤔
